7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VALLES GLOBAL, LLC AND STORMROOFINSPECTION.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR FROM ANY CONTRACTOR REFERRAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
